On Monday’s #DownforceDebrief show, Driver Piers Prior revealed how he will be travelling to Brands Hatch this weekend for the opening round of the 2016 MSA Formula championship and how he hopes to be racing too. 68:19
In an exchange with the host about the first round of the season he said “I’m going, just whether I’m driving or not is not confirmed yet” and Piers confirmed he’ll be taking his helmet, just in case he gets the call. 84:28
If Piers does get nod, it’s widely expected that he will be racing with Falcon Motorsport for whom he recently tested at the media day at Rockingham. He would also be racing in a rich field of talent which includes Sennan Fielding, Jack Butel, Jamie Caroline, Ross Martin, James Pull and the 2014 Downforce Radio Teenage Racer of the Year award winner Alex Quinn.
