Following the turmoil of a week ago when the French owned Motors TV suddenly dissapeared from Sky’s Electronic Programme Guide, The broadcaster has today announced that it has ‘resolved the issue’ and is back on the Sky EPG.
Rumours of our demised were greatly exaggerated. We've resolved the issue and are back on Sky channel 447 #Motorsisback

Many championships in this country rely heavily on the exposure the channel provides; many competitors and championships took to social media in the past week to express their worry and outrage, with some already looking into alternative platforms for exposure for the race coverage they pay a lot of money for.
We weren't dead, just pining for the Fords. And Maseratis, Ferraris, BMWs, Mercedes, Chevrolets, Holdens, Audis, Porsches, Aston Martins…

Maybe only time will reassure the British motorsport industry that the channel is back for good?
I’m not liking how WEC & IMSA are broadcasting on Motors TV. As if that happens and during a race it will seem almost impossible to watch a race. I think either BT Sport or Eurosport should get one of them or both of them. Maybe even air it on BBC or QUEST.
WEC is recordable again? This makes for a happy me.
